I now live in Northwest Arkansas and work closely with Arkansas Justice Reform Coalition and DecARcerate, two local organizations working toward decarceration and investment in care. These briefs are short, targeted analyses produced to support their local advocacy and organizing. They draw primarily on quantitative administrative data, define and reframe the scope of a given issue, and offer recommendations drawn from policy designed to reduce harm and expand support for people and families affected by the criminal legal system. New briefs will be posted here as they are completed.
